In this expanded leadership role, Doyle will oversee strategic HR partnerships across functions and geographies, aligning people strategies with Everway’s mission of advancing literacy and understanding globally.
Doyle previously served as Senior People Partner, North America at Everway, where she played a pivotal role in building inclusive talent practices, enhancing employee relations, and driving culture initiatives. Her ability to translate people data into actionable outcomes has significantly contributed to Everway’s growth and organizational effectiveness.
Before joining Everway, Kaleigh worked as an HR Business Partner at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, supporting multiple business units and partnering with leadership on organizational development, engagement, and talent solutions. She transitioned into this role following Gannett’s acquisition of WordStream, where she spent four years in progressive roles—ultimately serving as People Success Specialist and contributing to onboarding, benefits, compensation analysis, and employee communications.
Earlier in her career, she served as Global Sales Operations Consultant and Executive Assistant at CenturyLink, managing compensation tracking and real estate projects across 26 states, and providing operational support to executive leadership. Her diverse background in operations and HR reflects a unique blend of strategic agility and people-centric execution.
