Hyderabad, Telangana, India, April 2025 – Qualitest, the global leader in AI-led quality engineering solutions, has announced the appointment of Ravi Kuchampudi as Vice President – People & Talent. In this new capacity, Ravi will be responsible for shaping the organization’s people strategy, driving talent transformation, and reinforcing a culture of innovation, inclusion, and performance excellence across global teams.
Ravi brings nearly two decades of deep HR leadership and business partnering experience to his new role. He was previously Associate Vice President – People Experience at Qualitest, where he played a key role in enhancing employee engagement, leading cultural change, and integrating talent strategies with the company’s broader digital transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining Qualitest, Ravi served as Head of Human Resources at ZenQ, where he oversaw end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. His efforts were instrumental in scaling HR functions and embedding people-centric practices during a period of significant growth.
Earlier, Ravi held multiple leadership roles over eight years at Honeywell Technology Solutions, most notably as Manager – HR Business Partner for the Hyderabad Aerospace division. He led cultural transformation, succession planning, performance management, and leadership development initiatives, aligning HR efforts closely with business strategy.
Ravi’s career began at Deloitte, where he served in various HR roles for nearly six years, including Assistant Manager – HR. He was responsible for performance management, rewards and recognition, employee relations, and compensation. His early experience also includes HR roles at Oracle, where he honed his expertise in HR analytics, systems, and operations.
