Lagos, Nigeria, June 2024 – Kamil Odumosu has been appointed as the new Group Head Human Resources at ValueJet. Bringing a wealth of experience in HR transformation and strategic leadership, Kamil is poised to lead ValueJet’s human resources initiatives and support the company’s continued growth and success.
Kamil Odumosu joins ValueJet with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. He most recently served as the Manager, Workforce Transformation at PwC, where he led significant HR initiatives for over two years. In this role, he specialized in change management, organizational development, team building, and data analysis. Additionally, he briefly held the position of Manager, People and Organisation at PwC Ghana, focusing on organizational development and team building.
Before his tenure at PwC, Kamil was the Manager, HR Advisory Services at Human Capital Partners (HCP), where he provided strategic HR solutions and managed change management initiatives for over a year. He also spent more than two years at Allianz Nigeria Insurance plc as the HRBP, Retail Business Division and Learning and Development Manager. In these roles, he oversaw human capital management, developed HR strategies, managed recruitment and retention, and led learning and development programs.
Earlier in his career, Kamil held various roles at Human Capital Partners (HCP), including Manager (HR Advisory), Senior Associate, Associate, and Experienced Analyst. He also worked as a Training Effectiveness Consultant (Sales & Distribution) at Centum Learning Ltd (A Bharti Airtel Company) and a Marketing Communications/Channel Sale Support Executive at Globacom.
