Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 — Kamolika Gupta Peres has been appointed as Vice President & Managing Director – India and SAARC at Autodesk, marking a strategic leadership addition as the company deepens its focus on digital innovation across the region. Based in Mumbai, she will lead Autodesk’s go-to-market strategy across India and South Asia and drive customer success and growth across the company’s design and engineering ecosystem.
Kamolika brings with her over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, and regional market expansion. Prior to joining Autodesk, she served as Group Vice President & Managing Director – India/South Asia at ServiceNow, where she led large-scale enterprise adoption and customer success initiatives. Before that, she was Director – Enterprise, Midmarket, SAARC at Google Cloud India, spearheading digital transformation efforts across emerging markets.
She also held senior leadership roles at SAP, Ericsson, and IBM, including a stint at IBM Turkey and IBM Thailand, where she led consulting and outsourcing engagements. Her early career includes a consulting role at PwC, where she began building her foundation in strategy and business transformation.
Kamolika is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta, and holds executive credentials in Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She also completed a Chevening Scholarship in Globalization at the London School of Economics (LSE) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Jadavpur University. Widely respected for her inclusive leadership and strategic foresight, Kamolika’s appointment is expected to strengthen Autodesk’s footprint in one of the world’s most dynamic digital economies.
