Washington, District of Columbia, United States, March 2025 – Antionette Forte has been appointed as Director, Talent Management at Fearless, a purpose-driven digital services firm transforming government experiences through cutting-edge technology. In this strategic role, Antionette will lead enterprise-wide talent development, employee engagement, and workforce planning initiatives to build a high-performing, values-aligned culture.
Antionette joins Fearless from Cybrary, where she most recently served as Director, People. During her tenure of over two years, she partnered closely with the CEO and executive team to align people operations with organizational strategy, improve employee satisfaction by 60 points, launch company-wide pay equity studies, and lead DE&I and performance management initiatives during a transition to a remote-first environment.
Before Cybrary, she was Human Resources Manager at iTech AG, where she spearheaded HR transformations that cut time-to-fill in half and improved new hire productivity by 20% through enhanced onboarding and leadership training. Her leadership resulted in measurable cost savings and increased retention across the organization.
Earlier in her career, Antionette held the role of Senior Human Resources Management Consultant at Benchmarked Consulting, managing strategic HR and workforce development across multiple sites. Her work focused on building inclusive cultures, driving talent strategies, and resolving complex employee relations cases. She also served as Senior Human Resources Specialist at the U.S. Department of Labor, leading policy compliance, compensation analysis under Davis-Bacon & Service Contract Acts, and conducting stakeholder training sessions.
Antionette’s earlier HR experience includes leadership roles at Arthur Cappers Community Development Center, Southern Management Companies, and Black Butterfly Productions, where she led recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, and HR systems implementation, demonstrating a consistent track record of enhancing employee experience and operational excellence.
