Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2025 — Kanika Gaur Sinha has been appointed as Lead HR (Corporate Functions, Eucerin) and India CoE Lead – Talent Management & Learning at NIVEA INDIA. In this strategic role, she will partner with the India leadership team across Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Eucerin India to drive people priorities, as well as lead the Centre of Expertise for Talent Management & Learning.

With more than a decade of rich experience in human resources across major multinational brands, Kanika’s career journey reflects her expertise in diverse HR domains including people partnering, talent management, and leadership development.

Prior to this, Kanika was associated with Mondelēz International for nearly seven years, where she held multiple senior HR positions. Her last role there was People Lead – Sales (Head Office, West Branch) & Mondelez Bangladesh, where she shaped the people experience agenda. Earlier, she also led functions such as Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and HR advisory across various sales and corporate functions.

Before her tenure at Mondelēz, Kanika worked at Reliance Industries Limited as Manager – Entry Talent Programs (Talent Acquisition Group), where she oversaw end-to-end management of early careers portfolios for brands such as Reliance Retail, Jio and Network18.

Earlier in her career, she gained extensive experience as an HR Business Partner at Honeywell Technology Solutions, where she managed India HR operations for the Transportation Systems vertical. She also began her corporate journey with Honeywell as a Summer Intern – HR Pathways Leadership Program, adding strong early exposure to leadership development practices.

In her new role at NIVEA INDIA, Kanika will focus on enabling the exciting 0-to-1 journey for Eucerin India while building future leaders, shaping meaningful career journeys, and fostering a performance-driven learning culture.
