Prior to her elevation, Kanisha Raina served as Vice President, Human Resources at Fiserv, where she led high-performing teams and drove initiatives in workforce planning, culture building, and capability enhancement. She played a pivotal role in strengthening Fiserv’s employee engagement and inclusive culture, particularly through leadership of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and DEI initiatives.
Raina also brings extensive experience from IBM, where she held regional and global talent leadership roles, and from BNY Mellon, where she managed large-scale HR strategy and post-acquisition integration efforts. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a passion for people, process, and progress.
Her accomplishments include being recognized as the Best Alumna Achiever by Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and winning the Leader of the Year Award at Fiserv—testaments to her industry impact and visionary leadership.
