She played a pivotal role in reorganizing the Client Experience and Digital divisions, hiring key leadership, and implementing workforce optimization strategies that enhanced efficiency, engagement, and retention. Her leadership in automating HR processes, refining talent deployment, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives positioned her as a key strategic partner to the company’s CIO and CCO.

Additionally, her tenure at ettain group, Thryv, and Modis saw her spearheading HR transformations, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives in high-growth and large-scale corporate environments.
