Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2025 – Vijayeta Kumar has been appointed as Senior Director – Human Resources at Affle, where she will lead the HR function and drive strategic people initiatives. With a strong background in HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development, she aims to enhance Affle’s workforce strategies, culture, and employee engagement.
Prior to joining Affle, Vijayeta served as Head of Human Resources at BigCash, where she led HR operations, talent acquisition, and leadership development initiatives. She played a critical role in strengthening company policies and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Before that, she was Head of Human Resources India and Director – Human Resources at Axtria – Ingenious Insights, where she was responsible for overseeing HR functions, driving people-centric strategies, and implementing employee engagement frameworks.
Earlier, she spent over a decade at Ericsson, where she held various HR business partnering and talent management roles. Her expertise included succession planning, compensation management, performance improvement programs, and diversity & inclusion leadership. She also worked at Tata Consultancy Services, leading recruitment, HR generalist responsibilities, and talent development strategies.
