Israel, May 2024 – Karin Fauster-Zvuluni has been promoted to the position of Director of Global HR at Quali. With over 15 years of dedicated service at Quali, Karin has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision in various HR roles, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and success.
Karin’s most recent role was as Head of HR for approximately 2 years. In this position, she was responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development, ensuring that Quali attracted and retained the best talent to support its growth and strategic objectives.
Before that, she served as HR & Talent Acquisition Manager for nearly 2 years. Karin was instrumental in managing the recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and enhancing the company’s employer brand. She also played a key role in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that aligned with the company’s goals.
From August 2008 to November 2020, Karin held the role of Office Manager and Recruiter for over 12 years. In this capacity, she managed office operations and recruitment processes, contributing to the establishment of a robust HR foundation for the company.
