Karl Riehl most recently served as Director of Practice Management at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. in the Greater New York City Area. Over a span of nearly 13 years, Karl held various leadership roles, including Director of Legal Recruitment & Professional Development. Karl’s earlier career includes roles as Professional Development & Training Professional at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, where he focused on employee relations and training programs, and as Director of Career Services & Admissions at Seton Hall University School of Law, where he played a significant role in shaping the career paths of law students and graduates.

Karl has also held leadership positions within the NALP Board of Directors, where he served as Immediate Past President and Chief Elected Officer, contributing to the strategic planning and diversity initiatives in the legal profession.
