Orange County, California, United States, March 2025 – Karman W. has joined BDO USA as Managing Director – People Strategy and Solutions, where she will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s people strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness to drive business success.
With over 15 years of experience in human capital strategy, corporate communications, and organizational development, Karman has successfully led people-centric transformations and change initiatives across multiple industries. Before joining BDO USA, she served as Account Lead and Senior Management Consultant at Blue Beyond Consulting, where she partnered with clients to drive leadership communications, M&A integration, organizational culture development, and employee engagement strategies.
Prior to that, Karman was HR M&A Communications Specialist at Oracle, where she was instrumental in developing and executing communication strategies for acquired employees, ensuring a seamless transition and positive onboarding experience. Earlier in her career, she held key roles at Spectrum Brands HHI, where she led corporate and internal communications, employee learning programs, and change management initiatives.
Karman holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Communications from California State University, Fullerton. Her extensive expertise in corporate culture, leadership communication, and strategic workforce initiatives will be integral to BDO USA’s people-first approach to business excellence.
