Earlier in his career, Kartic held senior roles at Shapoorji Pallonji International, SRILANAND Mansions Pvt. Ltd., Duet India Hotels, Lavasa Corporation Ltd., IJM Corporation Berhad, and ETA Dubai, where he led construction services, MEP operations, regulatory coordination, project planning, and large-site management across hospitality, real estate, industrial, and urban infrastructure developments—cementing his reputation as a strong execution-oriented leader with a commitment to safety, efficiency, and service excellence.
