Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Kartic Venkatraman, MRICS, PMP® as Director, marking a significant leadership addition to strengthen project delivery excellence across the firm’s India operations. In his new role, Kartic will lead strategic initiatives across project management, construction oversight, and stakeholder engagement, leveraging his multi-sector experience to enhance client value and operational performance.
Kartic joins Cushman & Wakefield after his role as Construction Project Manager at PM Group, where he successfully led multidisciplinary teams and oversaw high-value industrial and infrastructure assignments. He played a key role in aligning design, cost, vendor management, and statutory compliance, while driving measurable efficiencies in procurement lead times, recovery planning, and cost optimization across mission-critical projects.
Previously, Kartic served as Project Manager at Fluor Corporation, where he partnered in the development of core delivery frameworks and introduced lean construction and digital monitoring models that improved productivity, reduced rework, and enhanced stakeholder visibility. His work contributed to improved project governance, operational agility, and vendor ecosystem resilience across large-scale execution environments.
Before his tenure at Fluor, he worked with Gleeds as Project Manager, steering complex pharmaceutical project delivery through integrated cost, design, and contract management. His leadership enabled disciplined coordination between engineering functions, client teams, and compliance structures to ensure on-time and quality-aligned outcomes.
Earlier in his career, Kartic held senior roles at Shapoorji Pallonji International, SRILANAND Mansions Pvt. Ltd., Duet India Hotels, Lavasa Corporation Ltd., IJM Corporation Berhad, and ETA Dubai, where he led construction services, MEP operations, regulatory coordination, project planning, and large-site management across hospitality, real estate, industrial, and urban infrastructure developments—cementing his reputation as a strong execution-oriented leader with a commitment to safety, efficiency, and service excellence.
