Atlanta, Georgia, United States, January 2026 — Sara Zwiefelhofer has started a new role as Senior Director, HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions at Newell Brands, where she supports corporate functions as a strategic HR partner. In this role, she advises senior leaders on organizational design, talent and workforce strategy, leadership effectiveness, and culture to enable enterprise-wide transformation, performance, and growth.
Prior to this appointment, Sara Zwiefelhofer served as Senior Director, Global Integrated Talent at Newell Brands, leading enterprise-wide DEI strategy and talent management initiatives across performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and employee experience.
Earlier, she held senior leadership roles at Oracle, including Senior Director, Learning and Development and Director of Leadership and Top Talent Development, where she focused on people development and leadership capability building.
Her career also includes key leadership positions at Cerner Corporation, where she served as Director of Learning and Development and Director of Employee Experience, driving initiatives across talent management, survey design, and career development.
Before that, Sara Zwiefelhofer spent over four years at SC Johnson, progressing through roles including Director of Talent Management and Culture, Manager of Performance Management, and Manager of Leadership Development, contributing to succession planning, leadership development, and organizational culture initiatives.
Her earlier experience includes talent and learning roles with Sycamore Partners (as an independent consultant), Equinox, and Kohl’s, where she built a strong foundation in leadership development, learning design, and people development.
