Jacksonville, Florida, United States, March 2025 – Kasandri Obiefule has stepped into a new role as Vice President, Talent Management and Engagement at Citi, expanding her leadership within the global financial institution. In this new capacity, she is focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness through talent development, employee engagement, and strategic workforce initiatives across the enterprise.
Kasandri’s appointment follows over 22 years of dedicated service at Citi, where she has held several key leadership positions. Most recently, she served in Workforce Planning and Management for over four years, leading critical initiatives to optimize resource allocation and workforce strategy. Prior to that, she was Testing Senior Analyst, VP, where she drove operational excellence and risk mitigation in testing frameworks.

Her Citi journey began in 2002, where she spent over 15 years as Assistant to Vice President, including responsibilities in team management, communications, and cross-functional coordination. Throughout her tenure, Kasandri has consistently demonstrated strengths in strategic partnerships, problem solving, and corporate social responsibility, backed by her credentials as a Certified Scrum Master.
