Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2025 – Kashif Hussain has been appointed as Head – HRBP & Talent Acquisition at IIFL Home Loans, where he will be leading critical HR functions encompassing business partnering and talent acquisition. In this role, he will play a pivotal part in shaping the company’s people strategy and driving talent engagement across the organization.
Prior to joining IIFL Home Loans, Kashif Hussain spent nearly a decade with Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited, most recently serving as Head – Business HR – North, Central & East, where he spearheaded HR strategies across 14 states. His role involved scaling the organization’s branch footprint and workforce 10-fold, and he played a key part in implementing structured career progression frameworks, early attrition control mechanisms, and pre-joining engagement initiatives that significantly reduced offer dropouts.
Before his long stint at Aditya Birla, he worked with Reliance Capital Ltd as Zonal HR Head, managing HR across the North zone. His contributions included strategic manpower planning and employee engagement frameworks tailored to diverse geographies.
He also served at IRIS CORP as Deputy General Manager – Talent Acquisition, and at Reliance Capital in multiple HRBP roles across North, South, and East India, where he was responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations across multiple business verticals.
Earlier in his career, Kashif worked with Kelly Services, heading internal hiring for India, and started his professional journey at International Club Systems as a Club Assistant (Assistant Manager), handling end-to-end recruitment, training, and customer service operations.
