United Kingdom, August 2025 – Kate Piercy has been appointed as Head of People and Business Operations at CoinCover, a global leader in digital asset security. In this new role, Piercy will lead the company’s people strategy while overseeing business operations to support growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.
Piercy has been with CoinCover since June 2023, most recently serving as Head of People, where she developed and implemented people-focused strategies to drive talent acquisition, culture, and employee engagement.
She brings more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR leadership, and business operations across the technology, fintech, and professional services sectors. Prior to CoinCover, she held several leadership roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager, Global GTM and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Bitrise, and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at ICEYE.
At Enstoa, Piercy worked as Global Talent Acquisition Lead and Global Recruitment Partner, leading international recruitment initiatives and helping scale teams across multiple industries. Earlier, she gained significant experience at Qlik, serving as Recruiter and Recruitment Coordinator for EMEA, and began her career in operations and HR support roles at Techtronic Industries, Ericsson, and Johnson Controls.
Her expertise spans global recruitment, people strategy, operations management, employee engagement, and organizational development, making her well-suited to lead CoinCover’s next stage of growth.
