During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s culture, enhancing people processes, and supporting global scaling across multiple regions, contributing significantly to Volpara’s people-first approach and industry positioning.

Prior to Volpara, Kathryn held senior leadership roles at Orion Health, serving as Vice President, People and earlier as Global People Operations Director, where she led people operations across a global health-tech environment. She also contributed to the New Zealand HR fraternity through meaningful involvement at The New Zealand Remuneration Network (RemNet), serving as Chairperson, Committee Member, and Treasurer, shaping the country’s compensation and rewards best practices.

This multi-industry background equips her with deep strategic and operational expertise as she steps into her new leadership role at Lunit Cancer Screening.
