Scottsdale, Arizona, United States, August 2024 – Katie Casper has joined ArborWorks, LLC as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. With a wealth of experience in HR leadership, Katie will oversee HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, and strategic HR initiatives to support ArborWorks’ growth and enhance its workforce capabilities.
Katie Casper has started her role as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ArborWorks, LLC, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States, where she will lead HR strategies to drive organizational success.
Previously, Katie was the President/Partner/HR Consultant at MK Strategic Resources, a role she held for over a year. In this capacity, she managed day-to-day operations, business development, and client relationships while providing HR consulting and leadership coaching.
At WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp, Katie served as the Senior Director of Learning & Organizational Development. During her tenure, she led a team of professionals in implementing learning and organizational development initiatives, including a new LMS, driver training program, and a 360-degree feedback program.
Katie also held multiple roles at Mobile Mini Solutions, including Senior Director of HR- North America and West Division HR Director. She oversaw HR strategy for the North America field, supported 1200 employees, and managed HR functions across 150 branches. She also led HR integration during the merger with WillScot.
In her earlier career, Katie was the Market HR Manager at Cintas, where she provided HR leadership and support across six locations in Arizona and New Mexico, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
