Katie has been with Xenia Lettings for over six years, steadily advancing through key HR leadership roles. Before this appointment, she served as People & HR Manager, where she was responsible for developing HR policies, improving employee experience, and strengthening talent acquisition processes. Her contributions have played a crucial role in shaping a collaborative and high-performance workplace culture.
Prior to that, she held the position of HR Manager, leading HR operations, compliance, and workforce planning for the company. Her leadership in HR administration, employee relations, and policy development has contributed to the growth and success of Xenia Lettings in the highly competitive real estate market.
Earlier in her career, Katie worked at AECOM in Dubai, serving in various HR and Talent Acquisition roles, including as Mobilisation Team Lead, where she managed a team responsible for streamlining onboarding, workforce mobilisation, and talent acquisition processes. She also held positions at ITP Media Group and The Co-operative Group, where she honed her expertise in HR administration, leadership development, and operational efficiency.
With a diverse career spanning HR leadership, employee engagement, and talent strategy, Katie brings extensive experience in HR transformation, people development, and organisational culture. Her leadership will be instrumental in driving HR innovation and fostering a people-centric culture at Xenia Lettings.
