Prior to joining Niko Energy, Malatesta was Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Wildlife Studios, where she managed end-to-end recruitment for strategic positions, workforce planning, and process improvements to attract top talent. Before that, she held key leadership roles at CloudKitchens, including Senior Recruiter & Business Partner for the Americas, where she focused on scaling leadership and strategic hiring efforts across multiple markets.
Earlier in her career, Malatesta played a pivotal role in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and business partnership at companies such as Loggi and Amcham-Brasil, where she contributed to hiring expansion, employer branding, and process optimization. With expertise in talent management, stakeholder engagement, and full-cycle recruitment, she has built strong hiring frameworks and candidate experience programs that align with business goals.
