Fellow, the innovative company revolutionizing how people enjoy coffee at home, proudly announces the appointment of Katie Myrick as its new Chief Commercial Officer. Myrick, whose career spans impressive roles at notable companies like Pilot.com, Boba Guys, and Amazon, brings a wealth of experience in global sales, product strategy, and customer experience to Fellow’s dynamic team.

From Strategy to Operations: A Rich Background

Myrick’s journey through the corporate world is marked by strategic and operational excellence. Before joining Fellow, she held the position of VP/GM of Global Wholesale, demonstrating her ability to drive significant business growth. Her tenure as VP of Marketing and Category further solidified Fellow’s market position, showcasing her expertise in shaping product categories and enhancing brand visibility.

Her earlier roles at Minted and Amazon highlight her proficiency in business operations and product management, while her experience at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Nike underscore her strategic planning capabilities. Myrick’s diverse background is not just limited to the corporate sector; her academic endeavors as a researcher at Stanford University’s Political Psychology Research Group demonstrate a deep commitment to analytical and insightful problem-solving.

Fellow: Brewing Success

Fellow, founded in 2013 by CEO Jake Miller, has quickly become a beacon in the specialty coffee world, known for its innovative products like the Stagg EKG Electric Kettle, Ode Brew Grinder, and Carter Move Mug. These products have not only won the hearts of coffee enthusiasts worldwide but have also earned prestigious accolades such as the Specialty Coffee Association Awards and the Red Dot Design Award.

Looking Ahead: Growth and Innovation

As Myrick steps into her role as CCO, she expresses excitement about the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. “It’s been an incredibly fun/challenging/humbling two years, and I expect even more fun, challenge, and humbling to come! We’ve got a big year ahead of us, and I am stupidly lucky to be in the trenches with this amazing team,” says Myrick. Her leadership is expected to propel Fellow into new markets, expand its product line, and enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of the coffee industry’s innovation wave.

Fellow’s mission to help people brew ridiculously good coffee at home has never been more relevant. With Myrick’s strategic vision and operational expertise, the company is poised for a year of significant growth and continued success in making specialty coffee a part of everyday life.
