Grapevine, Texas, United States, July 2025 — Katrice Yancey, SHRM-CP, has stepped into the role of Vice President, Human Resources at Pilot Thomas Logistics, bringing with her nearly two decades of progressive leadership in human resources across the energy and logistics sectors.
Katrice joins Pilot Thomas Logistics following a successful tenure at Pilot Company, where she most recently served as Director, Human Resource Business Partner – Energy, leading strategic HR initiatives and talent development programs. Prior to that, she was part of Pilot Flying J for over 14 years, serving in various leadership roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, HR Integration Manager, and HR Business Partner. Throughout her time there, she played a pivotal role in change management, cultural integration, and workforce engagement across multiple business units.
Her long-standing contributions in aligning HR strategies with business goals, combined with her experience in large-scale organizational transformations, position her well to guide Pilot Thomas Logistics’ human capital strategy as it continues to grow its footprint in critical industries.
Katrice holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Tusculum University and is certified as a SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), highlighting her commitment to HR excellence and ongoing professional development.
