Prior to joining Fera Science Ltd., Katy Sawyer served as Chief People Officer at Onebright for over three years, where she played a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy. Her leadership focused on organizational culture, M&A, rewards, and talent management, ensuring the alignment of HR functions with business objectives.
Before Onebright, she was the Vice President of Human Resources at Perspectum Ltd. for nearly a year, overseeing global HR operations in the SaaS and medical technology sectors. Her expertise in international expansion and HR transformation helped strengthen the company’s workforce capabilities.
She also served as a Senior HR Business Partner at EMIS Health, where she provided strategic HR support to senior management and board-level executives.
