Bangkok, Bangkok City, Thailand, March 2025 – Kawin Gadcharearn has been named Chief People Officer at Chaw Management, where he will oversee key business functions, including human resources, finance, IT, procurement, and accounting. With a deep understanding of corporate governance, performance management, and executive leadership, Kawin will play a pivotal role in aligning operational and strategic priorities across the organization.
Before joining Chaw Management, Kawin Gadcharearn served as Chief Operating Officer at JUST CAR, where he managed daily operations, strategic development, financial oversight, and risk management for the organization. His leadership focused on driving operational efficiencies and business growth.
Prior to that, he was Assistant Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) at JUST Car Co., Ltd. and JUST Loan Co., Ltd. for two years, overseeing the company’s corporate strategy, financial planning, HR, and operations across six companies, 20 branches, and 300 employees. His ability to streamline business operations and expand strategic partnerships significantly strengthened the organization’s competitive positioning.
Earlier in his career, Kawin held the position of Head of HR & Operations Manager at SF Brandname, where he was responsible for HR policies, talent management, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement. His expertise in organizational design and performance management contributed to a more effective workforce structure. He also served as Assistant Human Resources & Training Manager at Chatrium Hotels & Residences, where he played a crucial role in workforce development, training programs, and HR compliance.
