Her extensive experience across HR transformation, operational strategy, and leadership will support BNP Paribas Personal Finance in fostering an inclusive and agile workforce.
Before assuming her current role, Kay served as a Senior HR Business Partner at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, where she was instrumental in driving HR projects that optimized team dynamics and operational efficiency. Her tenure focused on transformation strategies to enhance employee experiences across the organization.
Previously, Kay held multiple strategic roles over nearly nine years at Santander UK. As HR Hub Lead – Projects, she managed high-impact projects, utilizing agile methodologies and team development strategies. Her work involved implementing critical HR initiatives that promoted a supportive and collaborative workplace. Additionally, as HR Hub Manager, she spearheaded operational management, coaching, and leadership projects.
Kay also worked as an HR Business Partner for IBM UK, where she focused on project delivery, coaching, and HR strategy, enhancing IBM’s workforce capabilities. Her foundational HR expertise began at Capita Business Services and UHCW NHS Trust, where she gained essential experience in HR operations and project management.
Her impressive background across industries positions her to lead BNP Paribas Personal Finance’s people transformation initiatives effectively.
