Birmingham, England, United Kingdom, May 2024 – Kaye M. has been appointed as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at LRQA. Kaye is incredibly thankful and excited to join an organization that aligns with her values and is looking forward to shaping the Talent Acquisition agenda globally. Kaye’s most recent role was as RL Hub Member at RL100, a position she held since December 2023. She worked remotely, contributing to the global talent acquisition landscape.
Before RL100, Kaye served as Director – Global Executive Hiring & Talent Optimization at Cielo Talent from November 2023 to April 2024. She was responsible for all director-level hiring globally within Cielo and optimizing talent acquisition strategies.
She also held the role of Global Talent Acquisition Director at Cielo Talent from February 2023 to November 2023, leading the global talent acquisition team across all business lines.
Prior to that, Kaye was the Head of Talent Acquisition (EMEA & APAC) at Cielo Talent from November 2021 to February 2023. She built and led Cielo’s talent acquisition function across 13+ countries in EMEA and APAC, managing a diverse team of 23 individuals across multiple continents and languages.
Earlier Roles:
Kaye’s earlier roles include serving as Talent Acquisition Lead (RPO) at WilsonHCG from March 2019 to August 2021. She led diverse global delivery teams within a matrix setting across multiple regions.
Before WilsonHCG, she was a Resourcing Consultant (Contract UAE) as a freelancer in Dubai from September 2018 to December 2018, providing strategic hiring support for a semi-government financial services organization.
She also held the position of Regional Resourcing Lead (MENA) Commercial Banking, Investment Banking & Private Bank at HSBC from August 2017 to July 2018, managing the overall resourcing plan for the UAE and other MENA countries.
