Prior to joining The University of Georgia, Lumpkin honed her skills at GEICO for over five years, where she excelled in multiple capacities, including Talent Management Coordinator, Summer Internship Coordinator, and Customer Service Supervisor. Her tenure at GEICO was marked by significant achievements in talent development, analytical skills, and attention to detail, underscoring her adeptness in enhancing HR functions and employee engagement.
Lumpkin’s career also includes pivotal roles at Clayton State University as Coordinator of Undergraduate Orientation Department, where she further developed her expertise in talent and organizational development. Additionally, she served as Assistant Supervisor at Justice, contributing to her comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employee supervision.
