With an extensive and varied career spanning over 25 years in the HR field, Malynicz joins the Barcelona-based tech innovator to drive strategic HR initiatives and foster a dynamic workplace culture.

Before her new role at M47 Labs, Isabel Malynicz was the founder of Isabel Malynicz HR Consulting Practice, where she successfully led the company for four years, delivering high-quality HR solutions to over 300 leaders across a multitude of sectors, including e-Commerce, EdTech, MedTech, FinTech, Gaming, Data Privacy, and Technology across Europe, the UK, and America.

Malynicz’s rich HR background also includes key positions at several prestigious organizations. She served as People Director at Mad Collective, where she was instrumental in shaping the people strategy for the digital entertainment business. Prior roles include People Director – Technology at King, where she led the people team for the Technology Division, and various senior HR roles at Lloyds Banking Group in the UK, covering business partnering, organization capability, and talent management.

Her career commenced at Marakon, where she led recruitment and employer branding, followed by a role as Recruitment Analyst at Accenture, setting the foundation for her distinguished career in human resources.

M47 Labs stands at the forefront of AI development, with a dedicated team of technical experts from over 25 countries, emphasizing the company’s commitment to diversity and innovation in the AI sector.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
