Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 — Eduquity Career Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has announced the appointment of Kedar Vitthal Sapre as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 2025. In this role, Sapre will lead the financial strategy, drive operational excellence, and support the company’s vision for sustainable growth and value creation.
Sapre arrives at Eduquity after most recently working as Advisory CFO at Brandworks Technologies Private Limited (June–Nov 2025), where he provided financial leadership and guidance. Prior to that, he served more than five years as Senior Director – Finance at HARMAN International India Pvt. Ltd., where he oversaw strategic finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), treasury, compliance, and governance. Under his leadership, the finance function was strengthened with automated reporting, robust controls, improved liquidity management, and alignment between finance and product‑business strategies.
Before HARMAN, Sapre gained extensive experience in corporate finance, business controlling, and plant‑level finance management across automotive and manufacturing industries, including roles at Varroc, Cummins India, Visteon India, and others. This background gives him a strong foundation in cost management, financial controls, ERP implementation, and cross‑functional collaboration — skills that are particularly valuable for a scaling assessment‑tech firm like Eduquity.
In his new capacity at Eduquity, Sapre is expected to partner closely with the leadership team to build a robust financial infrastructure, support strategic investments, and ensure fiscal discipline as the company expands its assessment and ed‑tech services for government, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
