During her nearly nine-year tenure at Connelly Partners, Bolte evolved from account management to leading HR, embracing roles that included Senior Manager of Talent and Culture. Her strategic HR initiatives have been instrumental in enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture, making her a pivotal figure in the agency’s development.
Prior to her HR leadership at Connelly Partners, Bolte served as a Brand Supervisor and Senior Brand Manager, where she honed her skills in project management, communications planning, and strategic communications—skills that she will carry over to her new role at Arnold Worldwide.
Kelley’s earlier career also includes significant roles at CTP, where she began as an Account Coordinator and rose through the ranks to become a Senior Account Executive, developing key marketing strategies and communications plans.
