Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area, United States, September 2025 — Emmes Group has announced the appointment of Kelli Miller as its new Chief People Officer. In this role, Miller will lead global people strategy across the company’s two business units — Emmes, a Clinical Research Organization (CRO), and Veridix, a technology and analytics provider. She will focus on advancing organizational culture, talent development, and HR innovation to strengthen the company’s impact in global health and biopharmaceutical innovation.
Miller has been with Emmes Group for more than three years, serving in several leadership capacities. Most recently, she was Head of Global Human Resources, where she shaped enterprise-wide people practices and drove strategic HR initiatives. She also served as Senior Vice President – Business Transformation at Veridix AI, leading digital transformation initiatives to integrate technology into HR and business operations. Prior to that, she held roles as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Vice President, HR Operations at Emmes CRO, where she oversaw critical HR functions across global teams.
Before joining Emmes Group, Miller built a strong HR leadership foundation at IQVIA, where she served as Senior Director, HR and Director, HR, contributing to talent strategy and organizational development across global healthcare operations.
Earlier in her career, Miller held progressively senior roles at Clinipace Worldwide over a span of nearly eight years, culminating as Vice President, Global Human Resources/Global Head of HR. In this role, she played a pivotal part in shaping HR strategy at a global CRO. Her earlier roles in finance and accounting at R.H. Donnelley, BTI, Global Crossing Telecommunications, EDS, and KMA Public Accounting gave her a strong foundation in business operations and organizational effectiveness, which she later brought into her HR leadership journey.
