Kellie Beckwith Appointed as Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at Batesville

Batesville, Indiana, United States, – October 2024 – Kellie Beckwith has been appointed as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at Batesville. In her new role, Beckwith will focus on enhancing Batesville’s talent acquisition strategies, developing comprehensive programs to nurture talent, and driving employee development initiatives across the organization.

Prior to her current role, Kellie Beckwith served as the Director of Learning and Development at Batesville for around nine months. In this position, she led the Learning and Development department, implementing training strategies to improve skills across various functions, including manufacturing, logistics, finance, and sales. She was instrumental in ensuring effective onboarding processes and delivering training to both internal teams and external customers.

Earlier, Beckwith held the role of Training Manager at Batesville for nearly two years. Her responsibilities included conducting training needs analysis, creating learning materials, and managing projects to enhance the effectiveness of content. She also collaborated with business partners to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

Before joining Batesville, Beckwith worked as a Senior Instructional Designer at Optum, where she developed training materials, conducted content evaluations, and managed training programs for business partners. Her role involved collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences.

Beckwith also has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner of KBMcMahon, LLC, a consulting firm she led for over 16 years. In this role, she provided diverse services, including curriculum development, project management, virtual instruction, and talent curation, across multiple clients and industries.
