She was instrumental in ensuring effective onboarding processes and delivering training to both internal teams and external customers.

Beckwith also has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner of KBMcMahon, LLC, a consulting firm she led for over 16 years. In this role, she provided diverse services, including curriculum development, project management, virtual instruction, and talent curation, across multiple clients and industries.
