Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, July 2025 – Simone Robertson has joined NHP Electrical Engineering Products as the company’s new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this critical leadership position, Simone will be responsible for driving the company’s people strategy, organizational development, talent capability, and cultural transformation across NHP’s extensive operations in Australia and New Zealand.
Simone brings with her more than 25 years of diverse experience across HR, sales, operations, and supply chain, having worked in industries spanning construction, utilities, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. She joins NHP from ITW Construction Products – Asia Pacific, where she most recently served as Head of Sales for Australia & New Zealand (Performance & People). In this role, she led multi-year growth strategies that delivered consistent revenue and margin gains, alongside significant improvements in employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
Before transitioning into sales leadership, Simone served for nearly five years as HR Director ANZ at ITW, where she architected the talent, organization, and culture strategy for the Commercial Division. Her leadership resulted in a 60% internal hire rate—up from a historical average of 20%—and a dramatic improvement in employee engagement, exceeding 80%.
Earlier in her career, Simone held roles such as People & Change Manager – Integration at Red Energy, HR Manager and Director – Supply Chain at Hospira, and various senior leadership roles at Mayne Pharma and Faulding Pharmaceuticals. Her unique blend of HR, operational, and commercial experience positions her as a people-first leader with a strong track record in driving performance, inclusion, and transformation.
