Prior to joining Swift Metal Australia, she served as the Head of Organisational Development & Design at Club Assist – Asia Pacific for over four years, where she spearheaded leadership development programs and designed strategic HR initiatives across the region. Before this, she held the role of HR Manager APAC, driving talent strategies and operational HR excellence.

Earlier, Kellie was associated with Aggreko, where she served as the Senior HR & Regional L&D Manager AusPac and later as the Organisational Development Manager AusPac, leading initiatives in leadership development and organizational growth for the company’s Australia-Pacific operations.
