Melbourne, Australia, November 2024 – Kellie Whitehead has joined Swift Metal Australia as the Head of People & Culture. In her new role, Kellie will lead strategic initiatives to drive organizational culture, talent development, and employee engagement, aligning with Swift Metal’s commitment to its core values and exceptional customer service.
Kellie’s journey in human resources spans nearly two decades, marked by impactful leadership roles. Prior to joining Swift Metal Australia, she served as the Head of Organisational Development & Design at Club Assist – Asia Pacific for over four years, where she spearheaded leadership development programs and designed strategic HR initiatives across the region. Before this, she held the role of HR Manager APAC, driving talent strategies and operational HR excellence.
Earlier, Kellie was associated with Aggreko, where she served as the Senior HR & Regional L&D Manager AusPac and later as the Organisational Development Manager AusPac, leading initiatives in leadership development and organizational growth for the company’s Australia-Pacific operations.
Her HR expertise is further enriched by her tenure as the Human Resources Manager for Australia & New Zealand at SIRVA Worldwide Relocation & Moving, where she contributed significantly to talent management and HR strategy for over eight years. She also held roles at Cummins Inc. and Sirva, where she established herself as a key HR leader.
