London, United Kingdom – November 2024 – Kelly Banks has joined Queensway as the Head of People, where she will oversee all HR strategies to support the company’s commitment to creating memorable hospitality experiences. Kelly’s expertise in employee relations, HR operations, and talent management will play a key role in supporting Queensway’s dynamic hospitality portfolio.
Before joining Queensway, Kelly served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at TJX Europe, where she focused on employee relations, talent management, and cultural transformation. Her nearly two years at TJX Europe included overseeing succession planning, leadership development, and implementing performance management systems.
Previously, Kelly held a variety of roles at Premier Inn and Whitbread, where she spent over a decade. At Premier Inn, she worked as a Senior HR Business Partner, guiding initiatives in organizational design, employee engagement, and strategic HR planning. During her tenure at Whitbread, she held multiple senior roles, including Senior ER Project Manager and Senior ER & Policy Manager, where she developed HR policies, led employee relations projects, and managed strategic change initiatives.
Kelly also gained experience at Connells Relocation Services Ltd as a Human Resources Consultant and Accenture as a Pensions and Exit Services Advisor, building her foundation in HR services, benefits administration, and stakeholder management.
