Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, April 2025 – Rajkumar Singh Jadon has been appointed as the new Vice President Human Resources at Namdev Finvest Private Limited, a leading non-banking financial company specializing in MSME and green energy financing in rural and semi-urban India. In this new role, Rajkumar will oversee all facets of the human resources strategy, including talent management, organizational culture, performance enhancement, and leadership development across Namdev’s growing national footprint.
Prior to joining Namdev Finvest, Rajkumar served as Vice President Human Resources at Choice, where he led HR initiatives aimed at scaling business operations through strategic workforce planning and people-centric policies.
Before that, he was Deputy Vice President Human Capital at Laxmi India Finance Private Limited for nearly five years, where he played a pivotal role in driving HR transformation and strengthening organizational capabilities in alignment with business goals.
Earlier, he spent over four years with AU Small Finance Bank as Senior Human Resources Manager, leading key functions such as manpower planning, employee relations, grievance redressal, and performance management, contributing to the bank’s rapid growth and HR maturity.
Rajkumar also has significant HR leadership experience from his tenure at TCI Group (Transport Corporation of India Limited), where he headed the HR function for TCI XPS Division, managing end-to-end HR operations, compliance, audits, and workforce development initiatives. He began his career at IBM, where he worked as a Sr. Associate, gaining foundational corporate experience that set the stage for his dynamic career in HR.
