Hyderabad, Telangana, India, December 2024 – Venkat Korada has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Lloyds Technology Centre India. In this pivotal role, Venkat will lead the financial operations of the Centre, supporting Lloyds Banking Group’s long-term growth strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
As CFO, Venkat will be instrumental in enabling the Centre to deliver innovative tech and data solutions while ensuring strong financial governance. His extensive background in finance, compliance, and strategic planning positions him well to drive success in this transformative role.
Venkat joins Lloyds Technology Centre India after a 12-year tenure at Microsoft, where he most recently served as Lead for Business Enablement, Centre of Excellence (COE), and Compliance. In this role, he drove process improvements, compliance culture, and operational clarity while collaborating with global finance, legal, and tax teams.

Previously, Venkat was Microsoft’s Business Enablement and Compliance Lead at the India Development Centre (IDC), where he oversaw finance operations, vendor management, and compliance initiatives. Earlier, as Senior Controller, he specialized in financial planning, operations, and compliance, fostering strong partnerships across business functions.
Before Microsoft, Venkat served as Senior Director and Head of Finance at ADP India, where he provided strategic financial leadership and implemented key initiatives to drive organizational efficiency.
Venkat’s career also includes senior finance roles at Motorola Mobility as Corporate Finance Manager and Wipro Limited as Finance Manager, where he honed his expertise in financial reporting, planning, and compliance.
