Ashkan joins Fospha following his tenure as Financial Director, where for over two years he was instrumental in streamlining financial operations and optimizing fiscal performance. His contributions have set a strong foundation for his expanded leadership role as CFO.

Prior to Fospha, Ashkan served as Venture Finance Director at Blenheim Chalcot, where he provided strategic financial oversight for multiple ventures, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Earlier, at Pollen, he worked as FP&A Lead and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, where he delivered actionable financial insights to guide business strategy.
Ashkan’s career also includes leadership roles at AllBright, where he served as Head of FP&A, contributing to strategic financial planning and operational improvements. At Avado, he managed financial performance as Commercial Finance Manager, directly impacting product economics, budgeting processes, and business restructuring efforts.
He began his career at AJ Bell, where he held roles ranging from Trainee Accountant to Finance Manager, developing a robust foundation in financial management, reporting, and analysis.
