Dallas, Texas, United States, August 2024 – Janus Health has appointed Kelly Stover as Chief People Officer. Kelly will lead the company’s HR strategy, focusing on driving cultural transformation, enhancing employee engagement, and optimizing talent management.
Kelly joins Janus Health from Bentley Lewis, where she served as Principal, Executive Search. In this role, she led strategic talent acquisition initiatives and executive search processes for nearly three years, contributing to the firm’s growth and client success.
Prior to Bentley Lewis, Kelly was the Vice President of Human Resources at Fetch, where she managed HR operations remotely, focusing on legal compliance, talent management, and compensation strategies. Her contributions were instrumental in building a strong, compliant HR framework that supported the company’s rapid growth.
Before her tenure at Fetch, Kelly held the position of Global Head of Human Resources at Canoo. During her time there, she played a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy during a critical phase of the company’s growth, focusing on talent acquisition and organizational development.
In addition to these roles, Kelly has an extensive HR background with experiences at Keurig Dr Pepper, Amazon, Dollar General, PepsiCo, Nestlé Waters, and Boeing. At Amazon, she held multiple senior HR roles, where she significantly contributed to talent management and organizational strategy across various business units. Her earlier roles at other companies further honed her skills in HR leadership, employee engagement, and business strategy.
