Atlanta, Georgia, United States, July 2025 – Kelly Weaver has been elevated to the role of Vice President, Human Resources – Americas at Landis+Gyr, a global leader in smart metering and energy management solutions. In her new position, she will be responsible for leading the HR strategy across the Americas region, with a focus on driving talent development, organizational effectiveness, and a culture of performance and inclusion.
Kelly Weaver has been with Landis+Gyr for approximately three years, most recently serving as Senior Director, HR – Americas. In this role, she played a critical part in aligning HR strategy with business goals, supporting regional leadership, and advancing workforce initiatives across North and South America.
Prior to her time at Landis+Gyr, Kelly served as Strategic Global HR Business Partner at PerkinElmer (now Revvity) in its Life Sciences & Diagnostics division, where she focused on global talent and leadership initiatives.
Before that, she was the HR Leader for OPEN Health Evidence & Access, supporting its HEOR and market access functions. Her earlier tenure includes over four years as Senior Director, Human Resources at Charles River Laboratories, where she was instrumental in leading HR operations during a period of growth and transformation.
Earlier in her career, Kelly held significant HR leadership roles at B/E Aerospace, Ingersoll Rand, Senex Services Corp., and AFC, with deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, inclusion, and workforce engagement strategies.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
