Amersfoort, Utrecht, Netherlands, March 2025 – Kemal Cetin has been appointed as Chief Business and Digital Solutions Officer at FrieslandCampina. With a strong background in digital transformation, business strategy, and IT leadership, Cetin will lead FrieslandCampina’s digital and business solutions initiatives, driving innovation and operational excellence across the organization.
Kemal Cetin has been with FrieslandCampina for over seven years, holding key leadership roles in digital transformation and IT strategy. Most recently, he served as Chief Transformation Officer, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing large-scale business transformations and driving process optimization. Prior to this, he was Global Chief Information Officer, leading FrieslandCampina’s global IT strategy and digital innovation initiatives.
Earlier, Cetin was CIO for the Consumer Dairy Business Group, where he spearheaded technology-driven improvements in consumer engagement and digital operations.
Before joining FrieslandCampina, he was a Principal at Bain & Company, focusing on business transformation and strategic consulting. His earlier career includes leadership roles at Diageo, where he served as VP, Global Diageo Business Services, managing IT platforms for commercial and marketing functions.
Cetin also spent over seven years at Coca-Cola Enterprises, holding multiple leadership positions, including Vice President, Regional CIO for Western Europe, and Director, North America Sales and Customer Service Deployment, where he successfully led business transformation and technology integration initiatives across multiple global markets.
Additionally, he held various leadership roles at Whirlpool Corporation, Colgate-Palmolive, and T-Systems Turkey, contributing to supply chain digitalization and IT strategy development.
