London, United Kingdom, December 2025 – Kerry Henry has taken on a new role as Head of People and Culture at Not Actual Size, a purpose-driven, employee-owned B Corp agency known for its bold creativity and human-centered values. In this part-time hybrid role, Kerry will lead the agency’s people strategy, focusing on cultivating a high-trust, high-performance culture that fuels creative excellence and sustainable growth.
With over a decade of experience at the intersection of HR, operations, and culture-building across creative, tech, and purpose-led organizations, Kerry brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to embedding employee experience into the fabric of business success.
Prior to joining Not Actual Size, Kerry Henry served as Chief of Staff at AVC, where she combined tactical HR, wellbeing, and operational oversight to elevate employee engagement, performance management, and organizational clarity. Her work focused on identifying pain points and translating them into strategic, people-first solutions.
Before AVC, she held the Chief of Staff role at Lighthouse, where she was an integral part of the leadership team, shaping talent acquisition, team performance, and employee experience in a high-growth design consultancy. At both AVC and Lighthouse, she drove company-wide training, communications strategy, and culture initiatives that created cohesive, values-aligned workplaces.
Earlier in her career, Kerry served as Executive Assistant to the COO and Client Success Director at Inviqa, and Executive Assistant & Business Services Lead at Webcredible. In these roles, she acted as a key connector between executive leadership and wider teams, facilitating strategic planning, engagement, and operational efficiency.
Her journey also includes foundational roles in project coordination, office management, and customer relations, giving her an end-to-end understanding of how culture and communication shape company success.
