San Francisco, California, United States, February 2026 — Kevin Knieriem has joined Asana as Chief Revenue Officer, taking on responsibility for building and scaling the company’s global revenue organization.
In announcing his move, he expressed gratitude to CEO Dan Rogers, the executive leadership team, and the board for their trust and welcome. He noted that Asana sits at the intersection of work management, AI, and enterprise scale, presenting a rare opportunity to help customers operate with greater clarity and efficiency as AI becomes embedded in everyday work.
Prior to joining Asana, Kevin Knieriem spent over seven years at Clari, most recently serving as President, where he led the global go-to-market organization. During his tenure, Clari expanded internationally, completed multiple fundraises and acquisitions, and merged with Salesloft as part of a Vista Equity portfolio. Earlier at Clari, he served as Chief Revenue Officer and EVP of Go-To-Market.
Before Clari, he held senior leadership roles at Oracle, including Group Vice President for High-Tech and Media North America Cloud. He also served as Chief Revenue Officer at DataScience.com, guiding the company from pre-revenue stage through its acquisition by Oracle. His earlier career includes more than a decade at SAP in multiple vice presidential sales leadership roles, as well as positions with NCR Corporation, Siebel Systems, and Accenture.
Alongside his executive roles, Knieriem serves as an advisor and investor, including positions with Bain Capital Ventures, Actively AI, Graphio.ai, Reprise, Sapphire Ventures, and Stage 2 Capital.
