Terneuzen, Zeeland, Netherlands, June 2025 – Keyur Bhatt has stepped into the role of Global Workforce Management & Analytics Director at Dow, marking a new chapter in his distinguished career with the company. In this expanded leadership role, Keyur will be responsible for driving strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of global workforce management and HR analytics, reinforcing Dow’s commitment to operational excellence and a positive employee experience.
Keyur’s journey with Dow spans over eighteen years, during which he has held a series of progressively responsible roles across HR leadership, workforce administration, and talent management. Most recently, he served as Global HR Leader, where he led strategic initiatives around employee experience, HR technology, and global consistency. His tenure also includes roles such as HR Workforce Administration & Global Relocation Leader for EMEA & India, and HR Partner & Talent Management and D&I Leader for Middle East, Africa & Turkey—each role adding to his deep expertise and strong track record in delivering impactful HR solutions globally.
Before his extensive journey at Dow, Keyur worked at ELGIVA Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a recruitment lead. In this role, he managed the complete lifecycle of recruitment, from client engagement to final onboarding, ensuring alignment with clients’ organizational structure and business growth plans.
Keyur also held the position of Sr. Executive – Recruitment and Training at Bharti Airtel Ltd, where he led end-to-end recruitment processes, managed salary negotiations, and supported training initiatives—demonstrating his versatility across different HR functions in a high-paced telecom environment.
He began his career with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited as a Financial Advisor and Recruiter, gaining early exposure to financial advisory services, recruitment, and training. This foundational experience laid the groundwork for his future roles in human resources and leadership.
Throughout his career, Keyur has amassed broad experience across organizations like Bharti Airtel, ELGIVA, and ICICI Prudential, developing expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement across diverse industries and geographies.
