Saudi Arabia, January 2025 – Khalid Al Mengash has been named the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Nesma Infrastructure & Technology (NIT). In this pivotal role, Khalid will spearhead HR strategies to support the company’s mission of delivering cutting-edge solutions in electrical, communication, IT, and energy services. His responsibilities will include driving organizational development, fostering a culture of growth, and implementing robust HR initiatives aligned with NIT’s dynamic industry demands.
Before joining Nesma Infrastructure & Technology, Khalid served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at King Abdullah Port, where he led strategic HR initiatives and talent development programs over a two-year tenure.

Prior to this, he held the role of Human Resources & Admin Director at LogiPoint, where he managed HR operations and employee development for over four years, contributing to the company’s success as part of the SISCO Group of companies.
Khalid also gained extensive HR leadership experience at Kuehne+Nagel as the National Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR processes and succession planning across the organization for four years.
Earlier in his career, Khalid served as Human Resources & Administration Manager at Petro Rabigh, where he managed HR operations for a prominent joint venture between Almajdouie Group (KSA) and Sumitomo (Japan). His expertise in succession planning and organizational development solidified his reputation as an HR leader.
