Most recently, she served as Regional Business Development Manager – West (Senior Manager) at Kohler, where she played a pivotal role in driving regional growth, strengthening relationships with key architects and interior designers, and delivering impactful market strategies.
During her tenure at Kohler, she led initiatives across major cities including Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Indore, focusing on business planning, influencer engagement, and achieving sales specification targets through strong collaboration with channel partners. She also contributed to building future-ready pipelines by engaging with architectural institutions and developing industry-focused educational content.
Prior to Kohler, Khushboo gained diverse experience across global organizations including Apple, where she served as Senior Manager, leading teams, enhancing customer experience, and driving operational excellence across business units. She also worked with IKEA in key commercial roles, managing retail operations and driving sales performance, along with earlier experience at Hafele India Private Limited and Ada Concepts Pvt. Ltd., where she built strong foundations in sales, project management, and client engagement.
