New Delhi, Delhi, India, March 2026 – Rohit Shenoy has been appointed as Head of Nalanda | Leadership, Learning & Change at Dalmia Bharat Group and elevated to the role of Deputy Executive Director, marking a significant leadership move as the Group continues to strengthen its focus on leadership development and organizational transformation.
In his new role, Rohit will lead Nalanda, the Group’s leadership, learning, and change function, with a mission to build future-ready leaders and embed a culture where learning is a way of being. His focus will span organizational development, talent management, and business-aligned learning initiatives aimed at shaping leaders who can take the 80+ year-old conglomerate into its next phase of growth.
Prior to this appointment, Rohit held multiple leadership roles at DXC Technology, including Director HR – Global Head of Learning and Development, where he led global learning initiatives focused on personalized learning, leadership capability building, and future skills development across a large, global workforce.
Earlier, he served as AVP HR (Organization and Talent Development) at Sterlite Power, where he drove large-scale organizational transformation initiatives, including performance management redesign, leadership alignment, succession planning, and employee engagement programs. His contributions included implementing innovative talent practices and digital learning systems that significantly enhanced organizational capability.
Rohit also worked with Development Dimensions International (DDI) as a Strategic Account Manager, partnering with global clients on leadership development and talent management initiatives, and delivering high-impact programs for senior leaders across geographies.
Earlier in his career, he held consulting and HR leadership roles at People Business Consulting, Siemens, Accenture, and Infosys, building deep expertise across organizational development, global resource management, talent strategy, and HR transformation.
Rohit holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Symbiosis International University.
