In her new role, Megha Baluja will lead the global HR mandate for the group, overseeing talent management, culture, leadership development, and people strategy across geographies. She will play a key role in strengthening organisational capability, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning people initiatives with MGM Muthu Group’s long-term growth and service excellence agenda.

Prior to joining MGM Muthu Group, Megha served as Head – Global HR, Talent Management & Culture at BLS International, where she led enterprise-wide culture transformation, talent management, and capability-building initiatives at a global scale.

Before that, she was associated with Max Life Insurance Company Limited, where she worked as Chief Manager, leading culture, employee engagement, and learning partnerships for corporate functions. Her role focused on building an inspiring organisational culture, anchoring Great Place to Work journeys, and driving enterprise-level engagement and capability development programs.

Earlier in her career, Megha spent several years with Max Skill First Limited, where she played a central role in enterprise talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and HR transformation initiatives. She was also instrumental in positioning the organisation among India’s leading Great Place to Work-ranked mid-sized organisations.

She has additionally held HR leadership roles at Quess Corp Limited, where she served as regional HR lead for North India, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, people analytics, engagement, and change management.

Megha began her professional journey with Infosys as a System Engineer, giving her a strong foundation in technology-driven environments before transitioning into human resources and people leadership roles.

With extensive experience across hospitality, financial services, technology, and large-scale services organisations, Megha Baluja brings a well-rounded, global perspective to her new role at MGM Muthu Group.
