In his new role, Deepak Ganjoo will lead Parksons Packaging’s overall strategy, operations, and business performance, with a focus on scaling manufacturing capabilities, strengthening customer partnerships, and driving innovation and sustainability across the organisation’s packaging solutions portfolio.

Prior to joining Parksons Packaging, Deepak served as Chief Executive Officer at SB-Constantia, where he held complete P&L ownership for a ~$150 million flexible packaging business. In this role, he led large-scale operations across multiple manufacturing plants, overseeing strategic growth, operational excellence, and people leadership for a workforce of over 2,700 employees.

Before that, he spent nearly two decades with EPL Limited (formerly Essel Propack), where he last served as President – AMESA Region (India, Middle East & Africa). At EPL, Deepak managed a $200 million+ business with more than 3,200 employees across nine manufacturing facilities, driving growth across oral care, pharmaceuticals, beauty & cosmetics, food, and home care packaging. His tenure included leading mergers and acquisitions, commissioning greenfield plants, advancing sustainable packaging solutions, and strengthening innovation and brand-led growth in emerging markets.

Earlier in his career, Deepak held senior leadership roles at TVS Motor Company, where he led engine manufacturing operations and was instrumental in scaling high-efficiency production systems, and at The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd., where he developed deep expertise in manufacturing excellence, lean systems, and operational transformation.

Deepak holds an Executive Business Management qualification from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, strengthening his strong blend of engineering, operational, and strategic leadership experience.

With over two decades of leadership across global manufacturing, packaging, and automotive sectors, Deepak Ganjoo brings a proven track record of scaling businesses, driving transformation, and building high-performance organisations to his new role at Parksons Packaging.
